MotoClic is an online management software for garages and motorcycle dealerships. This is called a DMS . Acronym for Dealer Management System , the DMS is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software designed to manage each facet of work within a motorcycle or car dealership:

  • Multi-user . Multiple users can work on the same file simultaneously.

  • Multi-environment . To connect, you can use: A PC, a Mac, a tablet or a smartphone.

If MotoClic no longer suits you, you can decide to stop the subscription at the end of each period. You can recover a backup of all your data in order to inject them into another software.

Inalterability obligations

From January 1, 2018, management, accounting or cash register software must meet the requirements published in the Official Bulletin of Public Finances-Taxes (BOFIP)

MotoClic therefore integrates the following functionalities to meet these requirements:

– Customer invoices cannot be deleted, so as not to have “holes” in the numbering. They can only change to “Cancelled” status, or be transformed into Customer Credits. Source: https://www.service-public.fr/professionnels-entreprises/vosdroits/F23208

– Entered customer payments cannot be deleted. They are corrected by “pluses” or “minuses”, and the history is retained.

– Periods are defined, of one year maximum, with a closing system: Documents from a closed period can no longer be deleted or modified.
